Now that you have discovered Venus Bay why not come along and enjoy what everyone else is talking about. Venus Bay is just a 2 Hour Drive from Melbourne situated between the Tarwin River as it flows out into Andersons Inlet and Bass Coast.


You can Swim, Surf, Fish or simply stroll along the beach watching the Glorius Sun Sets of Venus Bay

We now have a Bicycle Track between Venus Bay and Tarwin Lower which runs along the River Bank plenty to see along the way.

There are plenty of fishing spots along the river or bring your boat and go out into the Inlet. Rod Bendings World of Fishing can assist you with all your needs including Tide Charts and Fishing Licences.

Venus Bay is one of the very few places left where you can truley relax and enjoy the peace and quite of Nature.

You will see Wombats, Euchidnas,Rabbits,Possums,Koala Bears and Kangaroos roaming freely. Or just let the kids use up their energy playing in a safe but exciting environment.

Venus Bay has a unique Village atmosphere you can enjoy a meal at the Kenka Ba or the River View Hotel which offers a Courtesy Bus that will pick you up and bring you home.

There is also "4 Shore Pizzas" and the General Store has great coffee or you can relax and have a massage at the Sundowner Lodge. Lisha will look after you at "Who Gives a Haircut".

Or you can simply enjoy a BBQ at one of the many locations in Venus Bay.

At the end of the day as the sun starts to set take a walk along the Tarwin.

And to finish the day just relax and watch the sun slowly fall below the horizon over Andersons Inlet and slowly gather your strength for another geat day at Venus Bay..

And if Venus Bay is not enough it is ideally situated for day trips to Phillip Island and their world famous penguins, Wilson's Promontory to see genuine Australian Wilderness and Inverloch and the Bunarong Marine Park
